1. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing: Usually 3-5 Business days.
Before we ship your order, our fulfilment providers have to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. The time it takes to prepare your items for shipping is separate from the delivery time. Hope you could understand.
Once shipped, your order will arrive within 14 to 28 business days for United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Germany other countries can take up to 40 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances take place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas.

2. WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES?
There always no extra customs duty. But the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. This is just a general guideline and you should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
We cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance.
